FRI Dehradun Will Reopen on 13 The December

FRI Dehradun will open to the public on December 13 with the strict guidelines of Covid-19. An announcement from the academy states that the campus is open between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

FRI Dehradun will allow only 200 Visitors Per Day

Due to the strict covid guidelines academy states that the campus 200 visitors will be allowed per day.

Pre Registration Required to Visit FRI Dehradun

Visiting the campus will require an online registration, which is done on the institute’s website, A printout of the registration is required to make payment in person.

FRI Dehradun was closed entry on 27th November

FRI Dehradun on 27 th November Saturday bars entry of tourists after the detection of 11 positive cases of COVID-19 on the campus.According to the Institute Director, Arun Singh Rawat,
“FRI bars entry of tourists and local workers for a week following the detection of 11 COVID-19 cases at Indira Gandhi National Forest Academy located on its campus.”

Earlier on Friday, Dehradun District Magistrate R Rajesh Kumar had sent a notice to the Director of Indira Gandhi National Forest Academy and sought a response for violating
COVID guidelines by allowing eight COVID-19 positive officers from different states into the academy.
