CM Dhami inaugurates Multi Level Car Parking

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami will be on Mussoorie tour. Here he will inaugurate the multi-purpose town hall and multi-level parking at Kingreng and give many gifts to the people of the area. During this, cabinet minister Ganesh Joshi will also be with him.

Actually, in the tourist season, Mussoorie does not get enough space to park vehicles. In such a situation, tourists and local residents not only have to wander here and there, but often there is a situation of jam when they park their vehicles on the side of the road. To bring the parking system back on track, the Tourism Department had entrusted the Public Works Department with the construction of a two-storey parking lot in the Kinkreg area.

The construction of this parking started in the year 2015, the work of which has now been completed. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami will reach Mussoorie today and present it to the public. This will not only benefit the local residents, but also the tourists.

MDDA Constructed Multi Level Car Parking in Mussoorie

MDDA constructed Multi Level Car Parking in Mussoorie , so visitors will not have to worry about parking problems. MDDA has also approved a plan to build multilevel car parking facilities.
According to MDDA officials,

400 Four Wheeler , 60 Two Wheeler and 200 Beds will there in Multi Level Car Parking in Mussoorie

The multilevel car parking facilities will accommodate 400 four-wheeled vehicles and 60 two-wheeled vehicles. The parking lot will also be equipped with a dormitory of 200 beds where the drivers of the vehicles can rest Not only this, maps of 60 residential and commercial buildings were also approved in several MDDA board meetings, whose approval was vested in the authority board.

A total of 87 proposals were presented in the board meeting held under the chairmanship of Divisional Commissioner Sushil Kumar, out of which 10 proposals were related to land use change, seven
proposals were related to government and non-government land use. Not only this, in the board meeting, it was also decided to get many works related to car parking and fire fighting done in PPP
mode at HNB Complex at Ghantaghar. In the board meeting, the board also approved the proposal to implement the revised ACP scheme for government officials and employees of MDDA. In the board meeting, Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority Chairman and Garhwal Divisional Commissioner Sushil Kumar, Vice President BK Sant, Secretary Mohan Singh Barnia, Deputy Secretary Housing Arpan Kumar Raju, Additional Municipal Commissioner Jagdish Lal, Associate Town Planner Shalu, Additional District Officer Krishna Kumar Mishra, Chief Many officers including Accounts Officer Smriti Khanduri, Superintending Engineer HCS Rana were present.
