Uttarakhand Tourism will provide on call registration facility for pre-booked guests

As per the latest updates, an on-call facility will be provided to the guests who have booked hotels for
the upcoming Chardham Yatra. This was announced officially by the concerned authority in a press
release on Saturday evening.

What are the timings of the calls?

Uttarakhand Tourism board will be operating call centers to assist guests. It has been decided that 15
phone lines will be operated. These phone lines will operate between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

Press Release on On-call registration facility for Chardham pilgrims

The press release quoted, “For the benefit of the pilgrims who have pre-booked hotel reservations for
Chardham yatra and Hoteliers having hotels on Chardham (Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, Badrinath
and Hemkunt Saheb) yatra route, and are unable to get yatra registration for the same dates through
Web portal or Mobile app, are advised to give a call on the toll-free number.”
